My favorite pattern from the new spring issue is Izumi – I love the lace details at the shoulders. They add an interesting touch to the cardigan :-)

    • Mateja January 27, 2017 at 9:04 pm #

I meant to write pullover, not cardigan ;-)

  2. Lene January 27, 2017 at 9:39 pm #

My favorite one is the Izumi, it has lovely details :D

  3. Shanna January 27, 2017 at 10:24 pm #

My favorite is also Izumi – those lace details are amazing.

  4. Rachel Brockman January 28, 2017 at 12:44 am #

Well, I might be a bit biased, but Tinea is probably my favorite. I’m still floating about being part of this gorgeous issue. With that said, I will definitely be knitting myself an Arrosa and Bombus because they are absolutely perfect! I need that cardigan in my life, and the shawl is ever so lovely!

  5. asteride January 28, 2017 at 12:50 am #

I love Hanabira, so interesting and fresh!

  6. Aja S. January 28, 2017 at 1:14 am #

The texture and open work on Izumi is lovely!! It’s definitely my favourite.

  7. calypso January 28, 2017 at 10:06 am #

I’m in between Hanabira and Tinea but is very difficult to choose!

  8. Libby January 28, 2017 at 2:09 pm #

It’s a tie between Bombus and Izumi – so I’ll definitely be knitting both!

  9. Inês January 28, 2017 at 2:53 pm #

My favourite from the new spring issue is Izumi — but I love them all so much!

  10. Ingrid January 28, 2017 at 3:01 pm #

I love Bombus. The stitch reminds me of jumpers my mother used to make for me on her knitting machine, 50 odd years ago. I like the little attention to detail, particularly the cables bit on back neck and the coloured stitches.

  11. Margaret January 28, 2017 at 5:08 pm #

My favorite pattern is Izumi. Love the back detail!

  12. newman.sonia January 28, 2017 at 5:37 pm #

I love the Bombus cardigan, it’s so pretty! I think it’s a bit too advanced for my novice knitting skills at the moment!

  13. Gillian January 28, 2017 at 6:03 pm #

My favourite is Tinea. I love the shape and the lovely back detail.

  14. Jorunn Mjåland Ellen January 28, 2017 at 7:11 pm #

They are all gorgeous, but I quite like Tinea :-)

  15. miss agnes January 28, 2017 at 7:36 pm #

What a great giveaway! My favorite is Bombus, what a lovely jacket for spring.

  16. Katherine January 28, 2017 at 7:44 pm #

What a nice giveaway treat! It’s hard for me to pick a favorite, but I think it’s a tie between Signal and Bombus — I love that it almost looked like a quilted jacket!

  17. Stephanie D January 28, 2017 at 10:04 pm #

Loving Bombus! But Melli is a close second…

  18. Cassandra January 28, 2017 at 11:15 pm #

I think my favourite is Izumi. I like how it’s both lacy and casual.

  19. Giorgia January 29, 2017 at 12:33 am #

    Izumi is simply beautiful!

  20. Frauke January 29, 2017 at 5:39 am #

My favourite is bombus. The cardigan has such a nice structure and the little details are just awesome! I have been looking on Miriam Jarrs yarns for a while already and this might be a good opportunity!

  21. Elouise Kevern January 29, 2017 at 6:55 am #

It was hard to choose just one, but I find myself drawn to Izumi, I love the detail around the shoulders and the wrists.

  22. Alice January 29, 2017 at 3:07 pm #

Ooooh, well there are at least three things in this issue I’m looking forward to reading about but the Izumi pattern has well and truly thrown a spanner in the works for my knitlist of the year! Great podcast ladies, hooping you can sneak in some more short row episodes again soon!

  23. Jules January 29, 2017 at 6:18 pm #

It’s a gorgeous issue I love all the patterns. That said the one I am desperate to cast on is Tinea.

  24. Rosie January 29, 2017 at 6:55 pm #

so many beautiful patterns to choose from, definitely going to cast on either Izumi or Melli first or maybe Bombus…

  25. Charlotte January 29, 2017 at 8:52 pm #

Thank you for another great giveaway, this yarn looks lovely! My favourite design from Issue 20 is Izumi.

  26. taxing January 29, 2017 at 11:04 pm #

I think my favourite is Melli, though I like Izumi and Hanabira a lot too – but I’ve already started daydreaming about what outfits I’d wear Melli with, and have picked out a yarn, so that’s the one that I’ll cast on soonish I think.

On an unrelated note, both of this issue’s models have really lovely hair. As well as being all-round good looking ladies, obviously.

  27. Lisa January 30, 2017 at 3:13 am #

Arrosa for sure. What a lovely shawl for spring. Great issue!

  28. Clara January 30, 2017 at 11:58 am #

I love Signal, and the beautiful finishing of this joyful hat!
    thanks for everything!!

  29. Stephanie January 30, 2017 at 1:57 pm #

I love shawls – so I have to say Arrosa. I love the little flowers!

  30. Carol January 30, 2017 at 3:42 pm #

I love Melli and Izumi. I bit the bullet and ordered a subscription, even though the postage to the US is almost as much as the magazine! I love the convenience of the electronic version, but still like the hardcopy to browse through your lovely patterns and articles. It was great to see you at Rhinebeck last year!

  31. Jen January 30, 2017 at 3:50 pm #

Love the Tinea Cardi — great way to use spring colors in a fun knitting project.

  32. Claire January 31, 2017 at 1:46 am #

All beautiful, but Signal is the one that jumped out at me and made me smile

  33. Kate Jordan January 31, 2017 at 2:05 am #

I love Astera – it would knit up super quick and be super useful!

  34. Jane January 31, 2017 at 11:43 am #

So many beautiful choices! I love Odonata the best and would cast it on immediately, if my belly weren’t going to be getting increasingly bigger over the next six months… It will just have to wait for post-baby knitting!

  35. Judy N January 31, 2017 at 12:44 pm #

I think I’d like to knit Izumi.

  36. Barb January 31, 2017 at 6:29 pm #

I don’t crochet but Hanabiri is lovely. very spring-y!

  37. Tracey January 31, 2017 at 9:32 pm #

I think I’d like to knit the tote bag Astera, but I might knit Arrosa first, since I have a love of shawls.

  38. Kathryn February 1, 2017 at 6:03 am #

I love Izumi. The back is spectacular! It would look lovely in the foxen meets merino yarn. The thought crosses my mind to steek it and make a cardigan.
Thanks for the give away opportunity!

  39. Marta February 1, 2017 at 11:15 am #

My absolute fave is Izumi I love lace cardigans!

  40. Mary Beth February 1, 2017 at 2:52 pm #

    The Izumi pullover is gorgeous!

  41. Kath Webber February 1, 2017 at 10:12 pm #

Although I’m rather fond of Arrosa, I do think Bombus might be the perfect cardigan. I love the texture and raglan shaping, and the little details that make it an heirloom knit.

  42. Trina-Lea February 2, 2017 at 3:00 am #

Such a lovely issue…difficult as it is too choose I think my first make would be the Tinea cardigan…followed by the Arrosa shawl…and then the Astera bag to complete the outfit!

  43. Emma February 2, 2017 at 7:10 am #

It was so hard for me to pick a favorite from this issue, everything is so pretty! But I particulary love Izumi (looks like I’m in good company there) and the Signal hat! So rare that I like something with that many colors.

  44. Elizabeth February 2, 2017 at 5:53 pm #

    I LOVE the Melli Cardigan!

  45. Annemarie February 3, 2017 at 6:31 pm #

I love the Izumi pattern! That’s what I’d like to knit (though I might make it a cardigan because I don’t really wear full jumpers. Bombus is my second favorite! That texture!

  46. Andrea February 3, 2017 at 6:33 pm #

Izumi! Love the lace and relaxed fit.

  47. Ding February 3, 2017 at 6:34 pm #

    Bombus, love the textures!

  48. Tanya February 3, 2017 at 6:35 pm #

Lik so many I love Izumi

  50. Jenny February 3, 2017 at 6:40 pm #

I love both Tinea and Anna’s hat pattern. Very difficult to chose between them so I’ll pick both!

  51. Linda February 3, 2017 at 6:40 pm #

Tinea is my favourite and is already I my queue! I have a thing for cardigans at the minute!

  52. Dawn February 3, 2017 at 6:49 pm #

    Izumi is my fav!

  53. Karen February 3, 2017 at 6:53 pm #

    My fav is Izumi!

  54. Kirsten Zilke February 3, 2017 at 6:54 pm #

  55. Marte February 3, 2017 at 6:55 pm #

  56. Carla February 3, 2017 at 6:57 pm #

My favourite is the lovely crochet Hanabira!

  57. noodle February 3, 2017 at 7:01 pm #

I’m in love with Tinea, I may even brave it as my first adult size sweater! #KnitingGoals

  58. Melanie A Jackson February 3, 2017 at 7:21 pm #

My favorite pattern from the new spring issue is Signal. I love the bright colors you used and I think it would be a great way to signal the end of winter!

  59. JohanneC February 3, 2017 at 8:06 pm #

Anxious to see what is in the Spring edition, not here yet but will sure find a pattern I like

  60. Máirín February 3, 2017 at 8:20 pm #

My favourite is the tote bag, Astera (although a bag is the one thing I haven’t knitted yet – maybe it’s calling me!)

  61. jenn February 3, 2017 at 8:33 pm #

I’m torn between Tinea (I could easily wear it to work)
and Signal—I’ve just learned to fair isle knit so all the colourwork is grabbing my attention these days.

  62. Jo February 3, 2017 at 8:43 pm #

So many gorgeous patterns to choose from! I think Izumi may be my favourite, with Tinea a close second….thanks for the chance to win such scrumptious wool too! x

  63. Kierstin Losee February 3, 2017 at 8:51 pm #

I like Astera because it is a cute function bag.

  64. Xus Blasco February 3, 2017 at 9:24 pm #

Arrosa. Dreaming of it! So beautiful ?

  65. Kaja ?? February 3, 2017 at 9:24 pm #

I am thinking Hanamira. My daughter would look adorable in it. And. Considering the amount of knitting I hxvd done lately I should probably do some crocheting to rest that shoulder…

  66. Naomi February 3, 2017 at 10:00 pm #

I can’t wait to get the new issue! I think my favorite is the Izumi sweater– just gorgeous.

  67. Corrina February 3, 2017 at 10:08 pm #

A very tough call but it has to be Bombus by a whisker. That quilted stitch! The beautiful details! I’ll definitely be knitting it.

  68. Gigi February 3, 2017 at 10:34 pm #

I love Melli. Such a carefree sweater. Can’t wait to see the new issue!

  69. Geraldine W February 3, 2017 at 11:35 pm #

Hard to choose :). My favourite project is Bombus

  70. Jennifer February 3, 2017 at 11:40 pm #

The Signal hat! I have a soft spot for Anna’s colourful designs ☺

Hanabira is super cute! I’m mostly a knitter and have only ever crocheted blankets and toys. A cardigan sounds like a fun challenge.

  88. Sam February 10, 2017 at 10:02 am #

Izumi is definitely top of my list, I hope to get some yarn for my upcoming birthday to knit it with.
