We’re packing our bags and our mags to take Pom Pom on the road to a festival near you! Expect upcoming releases such as our Spring Issue 28 and Interpretations Volume 6, plus quizzes, trunk shows, signings, and a plethora of publications. It’s more Pom Pom fun than you can shake a skein at!
First up is Unravel Festival, 22nd – 24th February! Lucky knitters will be some of the first to see samples from Issue 28 – it’s the perfect time to start planning your spring projects. You’ll find us in the Great Hall, same as last year.
We’re also running a magic loop workshop on the Friday morning. This revolutionary technique will allow you to knit small circumference projects using only one long circular needle – as seen in our book Knit How! If you’ve been meaning to get around to learning this magic method, then buy your ticket here!
We’re also very excited to be hosting Unravel’s first fibre themed trivia night! It’s time to get quizzical, so gather a group of your fellow wool heads together to swot up on your stitches and don’t forget your WIP so you can knit in between rounds! It’s going to be relaxed, so don’t worry if you’re coming solo – there will be a team for every ticket holder, to be coordinated on the night. And, as always points mean prizes!
March 21st – 23rd sees us heading to Scotland for the Edinburgh Yarn Festival! We’re hosted by the yarn shop Loop so our Pom Pom publications will be joined with lots of delicious yarns from this fabulous boutique – come find us on stand H1.
Thursday 21st March will be the official launch of the new Interpretations Volume 6 by Joji Locatelli and Veera Välimäki. Get your copy and try on the samples from the collection too!
We’ll also be joined in Edinburgh by Emily Foden and Bristol Ivy, who will be signing copies of their Pom Pom publications along with trunk shows of samples from their respective books, Knits About Winter and Knitting Outside the Box – we can’t wait! !
See you soon!
