Sweet Fiber Merino Twist DK in new shade Ochre

Celebrate the glorious autumn months by joining in with our knit along! You’ve still got a couple of weeks to cast off your Pom Pom projects and get a photo posted on our FO thread. Make sure you get your entry in by Sunday 1 November to be in with the chance of winning some woolly delights. If you need a reminder of the rules, they are….

1) Knit or crochet a project from any issue of Pom Pom or our blog.

2) Any project is welcome that you haven’t entered before.

3) Post updates, pics, notes, comments, oohs and ahhs etc in our KAL thread, and post a pic of your finished item in the FO thread.

4) At the end of this season (Friday 30th October) we’ll choose a few winners at random from the FO thread.

As always, we have an amazing selection of prizes up for grabs including 4 skeins of Sweet Fiber’s Merino Twist DK in their stunning new golden shade Ochre, pictured above, and the beautiful Road to China Light from The Fibre Company. If like us, you are itching to get going on new projects before your WIPs are even off your needles you will be pleased to hear that these prizes are yarns featured in the upcoming Winter Issue of Pom Pom, so look no further for your next project as the previews for these patterns will up on the blog next week!

So let’s see what your fellow Ravelry knitters have been up to!

There has been a whole herd of Karusellen ponies trotting across the Ravelry forums! We especially love seeing the alternative colour combos everyone is coming up with. Here’s a steely grey number from Annmbaker.
